Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by e-mail to sventomic@icloud.com.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Returns

The goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal, to the return address we provide. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

“I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the purchase of the following goods: [item, order number]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address, date, signature (only if notified on paper).”
