1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop lijepanasahrv.com (“Lijepa naša”), operated by Sven Tomic, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Production & delivery

All items are made to order (print on demand) and shipped from the EU. Typical delivery time in Europe: 5–9 working days after production. See “Shipping & delivery” for details.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. See “Right of withdrawal” for details.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. We replace faulty or damaged items free of charge — contact sventomic@icloud.com.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
